Passion Fruit Jelly: This fruit grows on a vine and thrives on sunshine. It's normally blended with other types of juices, but you will enjoy experiencing it by itself.
Golden Plum Jelly: This fruit is also called June Plum in the Caribbean. The children of Belize love to eat it green with salt and black pepper or salt with little bits of habanero peppers. No matter, it makes a wonderful jelly.
Guava: Although Guava is a fairly common tropical fruit grown in many parts of the world, it is a particular favorite in Belize. However it, like many of its counterparts, is seasonal and can therefore only be enjoyed certain times of the year. Wilana has captured the very essence of this fruit in her unique gourmet blend that you can now enjoy all year long!
Huckleberry Jelly: While not well known, the Huckleberry, when properly prepared makes a convincingly good jelly. Prepared in her traditional way, Wilana has once again captured the very essence of great tropical tastes!
